16 Jun World Recipe: Crackers with Hummus
Ingredients:
For the crackers
400 grams of All-Purpose Flour
80 grams of Seeds
100 grams of Grated Cheese
80 ml of Olive Oil
Water, as needed

For the hummus:
2 Cups of Cooked Chickpeas
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Sesame Paste
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
Iced Water, as needed
Olive Oil, as needed
Salt, to taste

Preparation:
Process flour, seeds, grated cheese, olive oil, and gradually add water until it forms a dough that binds with the hands.
Roll out the dough thinly on a silicone mat and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 8 minutes.

For the hummus:
Blend chickpeas, paprika, salt, garlic, sesame paste, lemon zest, and juice with a stream of iced water.
While blending, gradually add olive oil until you achieve a creamy and smooth texture.
Assembly:
Serve the hummus with a sprinkle of paprika and fried chickpeas on top.
Break the crackers by hand and serve with the hummus.
